#C-pla (Toshin Co., Ltd.), is a Hokkaido-based company.

In 1978, Toshin Shoji, our former company, installed capsule toy vending machines as the first distributor of BANDAI in Hokkaido, which spread capsule toys throughout the province.  The machine at this time was the BVM100 (abbreviation for BANDAI VENDING MACHINE), also known as ‘EICON’. This machine later triggered a big boom in Japan.
